Always Free Shipping & Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return/Replacement is free of charge.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, with brand outer box, Brand/price tags attached, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful refund/replacement.
Returns will be processed only if, The product is not damaged, not different from what was shipped to you. The product is returned in the same condition as when it was received (with the original brand /manufacturer box or packaging).
After the courier has received your item, it can take up to one week for us to receive and process your return. After the return is processed it may take 5 to 7 business days for the refund to show on your payment card statement.

To start a return:
1- Go to your account and open your order page, Alternatively you can click on this Link to initiate the return ( you need to have the order ID which is already sent to you by emails once you make the order, also you can find it in the order page at your account dashboard).
2- Click on the item you want to Return /Exchange and follow the instructions on the page
3- After we approved your request, The Box company will send Courier to pick up the items ( Free of Charge). The courier will pick up your return at the address of your choice.
4- Either will refund the money to your bank account or you can keep it under your The Box Account (it may take 10 business days for the refund to show on your payment card statement).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

World Wide 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into any country, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
