How do I order full outfit?

To purchase your desired outfit, simply click on the outfit you like, and it will redirect you to the dedicated product page for that outfit. Once you're on the outfit product page, you can select the specific items you wish to include in your outfit box by clicking on them. The subtotal price displayed below will automatically calculate the total cost of the items you have chosen. After finalizing your selection, click on the "Add to Cart" button to proceed with your purchase.

How do I remove items added in outfit box

you can proceed to your shopping cart and delete the items you dont need. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

What is the difference between Full outfit price and subtotal price shown in product page?

The price displayed at the top of the product page represents the full price of the outfit, including all of its items. However, we also provide our customers with the flexibility to purchase either the complete outfit or select specific items according to their preference. For instance, if you only wish to purchase the T-shirt and the shoes while excluding the pants and other items, you can simply click on the individual items you want to buy. The price for each selected item will be added to the Subtotal. Therefore, the Subtotal price reflects the cumulative cost of the items you have chosen on the product page.

Can I amend and cancel my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it. However you can Return or Exchange your order, Click on Return & Exchange to open the page.

How do I pay for my orders?

We offer a variety of convenient payment options to cater to your preferences. You can easily make payments using Apple Pay, as well as all major credit and debit cards, including Mastercard, VISA, and American Express. Additionally, we provide the flexibility of splitting your payment into up to four interest-free installments through Tamara & Tabby. Furthermore, we offer the Cash on Delivery option for those who prefer to pay in person upon delivery.

Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?

No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime. However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

I have a discount code, how can I use it?

Go to cart, then at bottom of the page , you will find coupon code box. Please enter your discount code there and click on checkout. then discounts will be applied.

I want to return or Exchange the product i purshased, how to do that ?

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1-Access your account and navigate to your order page. Alternatively, you can click on this Link to initiate the return process. You will need the order ID, which was sent to you via email after you placed the order. You can also find the order ID on the order page in your account dashboard.
2--Select the item you wish to return or exchange from your order and follow the instructions provided on the page
3-Once your return request is approved, The Box company will arrange for a courier to pick up the items at no additional cost to you. The courier will collect the return from the address you specify.

Once we receive and process your return, we will refund the money to your bank account. Alternatively, you can choose to keep the refund as store credit in your Box Account. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your payment card statement.
